Software & Cloud Development

Web development

Your web presence is rarely one website: it is a public site, portals, an intranet and forms feeding your CRM and ERP. We build them as one accessible, secure platform you own, fast on mobile.

Who this service is for

A good fit if

  • Your sites and portals grew apart, without shared content, sign-in or design.
  • You want accessibility built in to WCAG 2.2 AA, or several managed language versions.
  • Web enquiries, registrations or applications must reach your CRM, ERP or case system.
  • Several teams publish and need roles, approvals and an audit trail.

What is included

  • Discovery, then architecture, sitemap and templates agreed before design
  • Accessible, responsive design system across all templates
  • WordPress, Drupal or headless build with editorial roles and approvals
  • Multi-language structure, language switch, translation workflow where required
  • Content migrated with permanent redirects; forms and integrations tested
  • Test results, editor training, handover guide; accounts in your name

What this service is

Public websites, client and partner portals, intranets and programme microsites, from plan to launch. A site builds presence, and it is a service channel: people apply, register, book, download and ask for help, and each action must reach the right system and person. So we build a business platform, not a design exercise:

Your sign-in

Portals sign in through Entra ID, Google, OpenID Connect or SAML.

Reliable forms

Each submission stored, then routed; failures retried and reported.

Connected

CRM, marketing and Prometheus ERP integrations, tested end to end.

Tested, not assumed

OWASP guidance, minimal plugins; local or overseas hosting chosen for your data protection obligations.

What we build

Multi-site platforms

Brands, programmes, regions or languages on one design system and workflow.

Portals

Clients, members and partners see their own records, documents, orders or applications.

Intranets

Knowledge bases on a CMS or SharePoint Online with Microsoft 365.

Headless content

One source for the website, mobile apps and other channels.

Mostly transactions, workflows or dashboards? See web applications.

Platforms we use
  • WordPress
  • Drupal
  • Strapi
  • Contentful
  • Sanity
  • Next.js

Naming a platform does not imply a partnership or reseller status with its vendor.

Accessibility, language and privacy

How we handle it
AccessibilityWCAG 2.2 AA from the first template; keyboard, screen reader, contrast and zoom tests, recorded.
LanguagesEqual versions: own URLs, language tags, a visible switch, room for longer text, CMS tracking of pages awaiting translation. Tell us your languages early.
MobilePages stay light and usable for mobile-first visitors on slow connections.
PrivacyConsent-aware analytics, minimal forms, newsletter sign-ups built for the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 (NDPA) direct-marketing consent rules; tracking that collects personal data follows NDPA consent and transparency rules, as your advisers confirm. Not legal advice.

After launch come security updates, content changes and monitoring; managed-service clients can add platforms to 24/7 monitoring and support, with response targets set in the service agreement. See also UI and UX design (research, prototypes, usability testing) and development strategies.

Delivery

How the work is delivered

Smaller projects combine stages.

  1. Discovery and inventory

Goals, audiences, tasks, success measures; inventory URLs, content and integrations so nothing valuable is lost.

    Output: Summary and URL inventory.

  2. Structure and design

Architecture, templates and design system with accessibility notes, agreed while changes are cheap.

    Output: Sitemap, templates, design system.

  3. Build and integrate

On private staging, forms, sign-in and CRM or ERP are wired up, content migrated, redirects prepared.

    Output: Working staging platform.

  4. Test

Accessibility, browsers, devices, performance, security, forms, redirects and every language version, recorded.

Output: Pass and fail test report.

  5. Launch and hand over

Agreed launch time and rollback plan, then editor training and written handover.

    Output: Live platform, guide, credentials.

Scope at a glance

Not included unless agreed

  • Writing or translating all content, unless scoped; photography, video, branding
  • Licences, hosting, paid plugins, CMS subscriptions, billed on approval
  • Legal review of notices and statements; maintenance unless agreed

What we need from you

  • Delegated admin access: site, DNS, hosting, analytics, CRM, ERP, identity
  • A content lead; named owners for translated content and approvals
  • Brand assets, existing content and rights to use images

Before handover

  • Templates tested by keyboard and screen reader; language versions checked
  • Real form submissions to real systems, failures included; redirects rechecked
  • Restore tested before launch; plugin list with reasons; admin access

What affects the cost

  • Distinct templates and components, not page count
  • Content to migrate, rewrite or translate
  • Integrations: CRM, ERP, identity, payment, booking
  • Languages, sites, workflows, accessibility, security, reviewers

No package prices: estimates in naira from an agreed scope, taxes shown separately.

Questions buyers usually ask

Which platform do you recommend?

It depends on your editors, integrations and control needs, and we explain the trade-offs in discovery. WordPress is familiar and widely supported; Drupal and headless CMS suit complex permissions, multiple sites or content shared with apps.

Is there a legal accessibility standard for our website?

The Discrimination Against Persons with Disabilities (Prohibition) Act 2018 sets a general accessibility duty without naming a web standard. We design and test to WCAG 2.2 AA as good practice. Not legal advice.

Will we lose search visibility when the site changes?

Any change carries some risk. We inventory URLs, keep valuable pages, redirect changed ones to their closest equivalent and recheck after launch. We cannot promise rankings, but nothing breaks through carelessness.
