HubSpot implementation and integration
HubSpot set up or reworked around your sales, marketing and service, with clean data and integrations.
Salesforce's flexibility is both its strength and its risk. We implement it around your sales and service processes, keep customisation maintainable, and connect it reliably to your ERP, finance and other systems.
We implement, improve and integrate Salesforce: new orgs, migrations from other CRMs or ERPs (migration readiness) and restructuring. Modelling almost any process suits complex sales, service or partner relationships, but fills orgs with custom fields, overlapping automation and conflicting reports. We aim for an org your people trust and your admin can maintain.
Leads, accounts, contacts, opportunities, products, price books, quotes, forecasting, territories, teams.
Cases, queues, assignment and escalation rules, entitlements, knowledge and service consoles.
Flow for approvals, routing, notifications and updates; retired Workflow Rules and Process Builder moved to Flow.
Role hierarchies, permission sets, sharing rules and field-level security around who sees what.
Reports and dashboards on agreed definitions, linked to data analytics and BI when needed.
Experience Cloud sites for customers or partners, where in scope.
Salesforce usually swaps customers, products, orders, invoices and payment status with your ERP or finance system, plus marketing, e-commerce or a data warehouse. We pick a connector, an integration platform or the APIs by volume, edition and skills, confirm edition-dependent API limits and data ownership in design, and follow our system integration rules: one owner per data type, shared identifiers, retries, alerts, reconciliation.
Salesforce often holds personal data, so field-level security, retention and consent tracking are designed for the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 (NDPA): lawful basis, data subject rights, transfers outside Nigeria, and consent for direct marketing. SMS or email campaigns also fall under the Nigerian Communications Commission's rules on unsolicited messages. This is general information, not legal advice.
Your admin may know the business but lack time for larger changes, releases, integrations or a clean-up. We work alongside them: they join design, review sandbox changes and get a full handover, so their knowledge grows, and a simple release process (change requests, sandbox tests, release notes) keeps old problems out.
New: map processes and requirements. Existing: review configuration, automation, data quality, technical debt.
Output: Requirements or org health report.
Data model, sharing, automation, integrations, and which system owns each data type.
Output: Solution design.
Sandbox build of configuration, automation and integrations; test loads until counts and key fields reconcile.
Output: Tested configuration, migration scripts.
Acceptance testing with realistic scenarios, then a controlled release to production.
Output: UAT sign-off, release notes.
Each team trained on its processes and supported after go-live; documents to your admin.
Output: Training, admin guide, handover.
No package prices: estimates in naira from an agreed scope, taxes shown separately.
No. We are an independent implementer. You license Salesforce directly from Salesforce, the org is yours, and we work in it with the access you grant.
Yes. A health check of configuration, automation, data and security comes first, then a prioritised plan. Clean-up happens in a sandbox first, so teams are not disrupted.
When it is the right tool. Flow and standard configuration come first because more people can maintain them; Apex or Lightning Web Components only where the requirement needs code, with tests and documentation.
Outside Nigeria, on infrastructure that depends on your contract. Storing personal data abroad is a transfer under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023, so we help you ask Salesforce the right questions and your data protection officer assesses the answers.

Connect your applications so data is entered once, moves reliably, and failures are caught, not lost.
What to settle before moving data into a new CRM or ERP, from owners to rollback.
Tell us if you are implementing, migrating or improving an org, and which systems it must connect to. We will arrange a conversation.
