A backup is not a recovery plan
Backups are copies; a recovery plan gets the business running again. What to add and test.
A backup only helps if you can restore from it. We design, run and test backup and disaster recovery for servers, cloud workloads and Microsoft 365, with recovery objectives agreed in business terms.
When a server fails, a folder is deleted, ransomware strikes, or a flood or a power cut outlasting your UPS and generator hits, you get systems and data back in acceptable time.

Many organisations have the first without the second (backup is not a recovery plan). We deliver both as a project or within managed IT services.
Virtual and physical servers, cloud workloads, Microsoft 365.
Now Hornetsecurity; simple VM backup for smaller environments.
Backup with endpoint protection, for workstations and remote devices.
Continuous replication and fast recovery of critical virtual machines.
Plus native AWS, Azure and Google Cloud backup, chosen to fit your objectives and budget (no vendor partnership implied). Designs follow 3-2-1 (three copies, two storage types, one off site), plus one copy that cannot be altered or deleted for a set period. Backup windows and replication are planned around your UPS, inverter or generator and a failover link, so outages do not silently cut jobs short.
Microsoft 365 stays running but is not designed to recover every deleted mailbox, overwritten file or compromised account, and retention expires. We back up email, OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams, cloud servers and databases separately from the service, restoring anything from one email to a whole site. Test restores, from single files to whole systems, are timed.
Inventory systems and backups; find gaps and single points of failure, including power and connectivity.
Output: Backup and recovery review.
Business owners set tolerable data loss and downtime per system.
Output: Recovery objectives per system.
Platform, off-site and ransomware-resistant copies, monitoring.
Output: Working backups, monitoring report.
Test restores, time recovery, write the disaster recovery plan.
Output: Test results and DR plan.
Daily checks, scheduled restores and exercises, and recovery support during incidents.
Output: Regular test reports.
No package prices: estimates in naira from an agreed scope, taxes shown separately.
Recovery point is how much data, measured in time, you can afford to lose; recovery time is how long a system can be down. Agreed per system, they drive the design and its cost.
Only if attackers cannot delete or encrypt them, so we keep isolated or immutable copies, protect backup accounts and test restores. Backups do not prevent attacks; security controls do.
Often, yes, in a local data centre such as Lagos or Abuja. Most cloud backup regions are abroad (nearest in South Africa and Europe), so the Nigeria Data Protection Act's transfer rules and any sector requirements apply. We confirm and document where each copy lives, including provider support or replication.

Plan, migrate and run cloud workloads so data is secure, reachable anywhere and properly hosted.
Assessments, endpoint protection, email security, training, incident readiness, and 24/7 monitoring for managed-service clients.
Tell us what you back up today and which systems matter most. We will reply to arrange a conversation about your recovery readiness.
